Job Description

Location:  Tallahassee, FL(onsite)

Must-have skills: 5+ years of development experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC; B/4HANA; .NET, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and interfaces, SAP CRM

Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner;
• Experience with performance metrics and KPIs;
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams;
• Experience conducting training sessions and workshops;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.

Preferred:
• Coaching experience in an Agile environment;
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Experience working in the energy sector or with cross-functional engineering teams;
• Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Work with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop action plans for improvements;
• Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas for growth;
• Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other relevant metrics;
• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote Agile best practices;
• Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization;
• Serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business goals and provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards goals etc
