MUST HAVE:

• Must have experience in supporting HR products (for example - Oracle fusion HCM or similar product) implementation.

• Must have experience and knowledge of Human Resources (HR) to gather and analyze data, creating functional/technical documentation, including business process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and test scripts.

• Must have experience in transformation from waterfall to Safe Agile

• Exhibit behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader through mindset; help the team embrace SAFe core values, adopt, and apply SAFe principles, and implement SAFe practices.

• Must have ADO skillset (Azure DevOps)

• Update Azure DevOps (ADO) with User stories.

• Support Oracle HCM Cloud products and modules (HR-core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management)

• Support Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, Application Security, Fast Formula, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, and Webservices
