Job Description

• Role requires technical experience in security.
• Serve as a linchpin between Lexis Nexis vendor and internal Healthfirst / CDE delivery teams
• Expertise in digital and security domains – specifically ability to think through workflows related to implementation of Lexis Nexis security features on Mobile, Portal and Call centre experiences.
• Individual will help define product strategy / customer experience.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile and can write both technical and customer experience features / stories (e.g., front end and back end technical stories)
• Strong communication skills: individual should be a self-starter, motivated and comfortable leading meetings with scrum team, vendors, Delivery program leadership.
• Individual should be working in dynamic, fast paced team environments with peaks of quick delivery timelines
