Job Title: program manager
location: mostly remote but 1x week for workshops
Rate: $75 C2C
Client : USM
Duration: 12 months + (long term)
Candidate must be within 1 hour of one of the CAT hubs- Chicago preferred or Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX, Champaign, IL or Westminster, CO. This role is mostly remote, but candidates will need to go into their CAT Hub office up to 1x week for workshops.

Bachelors w/ 10 years’ experience or Master\'s with 8 years’ experience required
5+ years exp with Agile Project management
2+ years Scrum Master experience
Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps
Experience managing software development projects/programs focused on Quality and Testing
Enterprise Req Skills
Program management, Project management, Agile
(Desired)
- Scrum master certifications
- Familiarity with Application Development life cycle
- Familiarity with different levels and types of System Test
- Familiarity with manual and automation techniques for system testing
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Advanced human relations skills are needed for a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside the department
- Ability to drive issues to resolution
- Manage delivery of group of related projects that delivers a common program goal in line with Digital Strategy.
