Position Overview:

The Pilot Deployment Leader will be responsible for the successful pilot planning, deployment, and implementation and testing of our software solutions in clinical environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in healthcare IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, medical software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing pilot programs.
• Plan Coordinate and execute pilot tests of the cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities.
• Monitor and document the performance, usability, and user feedback during pilot phases.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the development team when necessary.
• Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to refine features and resolve any identified issues.
• Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead the deployment process, ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure software working with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs.
• Provide hands-on technical support during the deployment phases, resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, software configuration, and user access.
• Support IT staff on software functionality and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and deployment checklists.
•  Ensure that all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in deploying cloud-based software and hardware, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience with healthcare data security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
