Job Description:
Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on Model implementation, secondary mortgage processes.
Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, and system documentation to support mortgage operations and risk management.
SQL Automation Testing:
Design, develop, and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
Create and maintain automated test scripts to verify end-to-end functionality.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
Model Risk Management:
Assist in the validation and testing of risk models used within the secondary mortgage market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work with Model Risk Management teams to understand and document model usage, limitations, and testing protocols.
Support the development of test cases and scenarios to evaluate model performance and mitigate model risk.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Perform in-depth data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends in mortgage data.
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis activities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverables.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and training to business users on new systems and processes.
