Role: Salesforce Architect (Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, Health Cloud)
Location- Remote
Client- HCL
Duration : 12 months
Rate:75/hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
Design and implement tailored solutions within Salesforce Community Cloud to foster collaboration and engagement among customers, partners, and employees. Leverage Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer support and service management capabilities.
Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate complex business processes and workflows across different Salesforce Clouds.
Develop and manage Health Cloud solutions to support healthcare and life sciences initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Guide the technical team in the development and deployment of the Salesforce architecture.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into the architecture to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, meeting the organization s long-term needs.
