Job Description
Role: Systems Analyst
Client: LPL Financials
Location: Charlotte NC ( 5 day onsite)
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with product, engineering and other domain teams to understand features, system analysis, discover dependencies, evaluate vendor tools, to design and develop the product.
· Coordinating and driving E2E product development from idea to market readiness.
· Being able to identify the dependent tools/processes and coordinate across the board and solve through challenges.
· Working with software engineers to build and release the product.
· Detail data analysis, able to query SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to analyze the data and provide solutions to the development team.
· Analyzing test results, being a vocal proponent in every phase of the development process.
· Documenting the business and data flow of the system.
· Should be able to demo the product to business and vendor partners.
· Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of experience
· 8+ years of hands- on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry.
· 6+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
· Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
· Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.
